Hello friends! Today I decided to share with you the practices that I have sifted out for myself over the years and that balance me the best. Of course, they may be different for you, but if you decide, you can try them and feel how you feel afterwards.
In the morning I start my day with pranayama, which lasts about 20-30 minutes. Then a short meditation – a prayer with a sense of gratitude for everything that we generally take for granted (life, health, family, that we have a home and people who love us). Our body also needs attention, so we devote about 30 minutes to it. for stretching. Each time different areas, according to the momentary sensations where we feel a load.

We move on to the active part of the day. Personally, I am grounded by working with the land. Over time, I chose to do this while the world is still too material. Various agricultural work acts as an active meditation, because when the hands are working, the mind concentrates and is not wasted on unnecessary thoughts. The other advantage of this type of work is that a person is close to nature and has a lot of free time because his activity is seasonal. And last but not least, it is useful for people, which is important for me to feel peaceful.
After such a working day, the body is tired, but the mind is clear. A little rest is needed – physical and then we are ready for the evening practices.
These practices are different according to the momentary feeling – Hatha or Yin Yoga in a group, cardio training or just a complex of exercises (unlocking the feminine energy) – 4-5 days a week.
Of course, an important part of the whole process is also a balanced vegetarian diet, which in my opinion is individual for each person, according to the prevailing dosha and you can consult an Ayurveda specialist for your type of structure. Also very important for my balancing is frequent walks in nature, mountains, sea, lakes. Our touch to different natural places has a calming effect on us in different ways because we connect with everything around us.
This website was created with the idea of sharing my experience with you and I am far from thinking of teaching anyone. But I think and feel that one of the most important things for a person to feel at peace with themselves is to do what they love……Never do things out of obligation and because “that’s how it should be?”. The moment we manage to do it, we will feel an incredible surge of creative energy that floods us and makes us authentic.
Be yourself!
